Head of Finance – Investment / Financial Services
Role Overview
Our client, a well-established online investment and financial services organisation, is appointing a Head of Finance to lead its finance function in Limassol, Cyprus.
The successful candidate will have end-to-end responsibility for financial management, statutory compliance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), cash flow management, and risk oversight, while contributing directly to strategic and executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the finance function, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business and growth objectives
Oversee monthly management accounts, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance
Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and financial forecasting
Partner with the CEO and senior leadership on financial performance, budgeting, and business planning
Identify and manage financial, operational, and regulatory risks
Improve financial controls, systems, and end-to-end finance processes
Candidate Profile
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA strongly preferred
6+ years’ experience in finance, including leadership or head-of-function responsibility
Background in investment firms, financial services, fintech, or regulated environments
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting, and regulatory frameworks
Strategic, analytical, and confident advising senior stakeholders
