Online Casino Manager Location: Cyprus or Remote An established and growing iGaming organisation is seeking a commercially minded professional to oversee the operational performance and content strategy of its online casino offering across multiple brands. This role sits at the intersection of casino content management, performance optimisation and team leadership, ensuring the casino environment is structured effectively, commercially optimised and continuously improved. Working closely with senior operational leadership, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the quality, competitiveness and performance of the organisation’s casino portfolio. Where You Will Make an Impact Casino Content Environment & Operational Oversight Take ownership of the operational management and presentation of the casino product across multiple brands. Key areas of responsibility include: • structuring the casino lobby and game discovery experience • maintaining logical game categorisation and content organisation • ensuring accurate tagging, configuration and product presentation • coordinating the introduction of new providers and game releases • maintaining consistency and operational quality across all brands A strong focus on player experience and product clarity is essential. Performance Monitoring & Commercial Insights Continuously monitor casino performance and identify opportunities for improvement. This includes: • tracking core casino revenue indicators and engagement trends • analysing provider and game performance data • identifying anomalies or underperforming content areas • translating data insights into operational improvements • presenting clear performance summaries to senior leadership The role requires an analytical mindset and the ability to convert data into practical action. Team Leadership & Capability Building Lead and develop the casino operations function. Responsibilities include: • defining team responsibilities and operational priorities • supporting the development and growth of team members • contributing to recruitment and onboarding activities • ensuring delivery standards and operational accountability • fostering a structured and high-performing team environment The successful candidate will combine hands-on operational involvement with effective team leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth casino operations. Collaboration areas include: • aligning casino content with marketing campaigns and promotions • coordinating with product and technology teams on improvements or fixes • maintaining strong working relationships with providers and platform partners • acting as an escalation point for operational matters related to the casino environment What You Bring The ideal candidate will combine online casino operational experience with strong analytical and organisational skills. Key qualifications include: • professional experience within online casino operations or content management • strong understanding of casino performance indicators and player engagement dynamics • familiarity with casino platforms, aggregators and provider ecosystems • ability to interpret performance data and identify optimisation opportunities • experience contributing to team leadership or mentoring colleagues • strong attention to detail and structured working approach Comfort working within a fast-paced, operationally focused iGaming environment is important. Location This position can be based in Cyprus or performed remotely, depending on the candidate’s location and experience.
